WeKnow

Who provides the internet. When the trash goes out. Who to call about the furnace.

Stop being the only one who knows.

WeKnow takes the household knowledge you've been carrying alone and puts it in your family's hands too — so no one person has to hold it by themselves.

The problem

One person carries all of it.

  • Who provides the internet.
  • Which bills are on autopay.
  • Where the will is kept.
  • When the trash goes out.
  • Who to call about the furnace.

Every day — not just for emergencies.

How it works

WeKnow moves it out of one head and puts it in front of the whole family.

1

Answer a few questions

Plain questions, one at a time — who provides your internet, where the spare key is. Fifteen minutes, and your household is captured.

2

Share it with family

Invite the people who'd need to know. They see what you choose to share — nothing more.

3

Everyone always knows

No more phone calls just to ask where something is. Anyone you've invited can simply look.

Privacy, by design

WeKnow never stores your documents. It stores where they are.

Your will stays in the drawer. WeKnow just remembers which drawer.

No scanned passports. No account numbers. No passwords. Nothing sensitive to steal — because nothing sensitive is here.

📍What WeKnow holds: where things are, and who to call
🚫What it never holds: documents, passwords, or account numbers

What it captures

Everything your household runs on, in one shared place.

🏠

Home & Services

Internet, electric, trash day, the alarm code's hiding spot, who to call for the furnace. All in plain words.

📇

Important People

The doctor, the neighbor with the spare key, the lawyer, the person to call in an emergency.

👨‍👩‍👧

Family Circle

Invite the people who should know. Decide who sees what. Nothing depends on just one person anymore.

📍

Document Locations

Where the will is kept, where the password notebook lives — never the documents themselves.

The printable sheet

One page. Fridge it, or put it in the real binder.

Families already keep a binder, an emergency folder, a notebook of important things. WeKnow doesn't fight that habit — it prints straight back into it. Key providers, key contacts, key locations, on one page.

Who it's for

Built for the person everyone depends on.

Adult children

Caring for a parent and slowly becoming the one who knows where everything is.

Aging parents

Independent and capable — the family just wants a little gentle visibility.

Couples sharing the load

The mental load doesn't have to live in just one person's head.

Every family's “one person”

If you're the one everyone calls when something comes up, WeKnow was built for you.

Not a vault. Not a password manager. Not estate planning.

WeKnow is not a document vault, a password manager, or a will-writing service. It takes the most useful part of each and builds it around one goal: your family always knows what it needs to.

How we build this

Five rules we hold ourselves to.

  1. 1

    Privacy by design

We never store or ask for sensitive data — no documents, no account numbers, no credentials. Just references and locations: enough for your family to find things, never enough to expose them.

  2. 2

    Positive, never fear-based

WeKnow isn't built around imagining the worst. Every screen sells organization and togetherness — not crisis.

  3. 3

    Family, not just reminders

Our job is bringing your household's knowledge into one place and making everyone an active participant. Reminders support that; they're not the pitch.

  4. 4

    We celebrate progress

When your household is captured, WeKnow says so. Progress gets noticed — the app encourages, it doesn't just warn.

  5. 5

    One consistent design

The same type scale and spacing everywhere, on every screen, on any device. Everything aligned on a shared grid — nothing cramped, nothing unfinished.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask.

Does WeKnow store my documents?

No. WeKnow stores information about your documents — what exists, and where it's kept. The documents themselves never leave your drawer, your safe, or your binder.

Then what does it actually store?

Plain, structured details: who your providers are, your important contacts, and the location of things like the will or the password notebook.

Who can see my household's information?

Only the people you invite — and only what you choose to share.

Is WeKnow a password manager?

No. WeKnow never asks for passwords or account numbers. If you note where the alarm code is written down, that's a location — never the code itself.

Is this only for emergencies?

Not at all. Most families use it for ordinary things — knowing which day the trash goes out, or who to call for the furnace. It's there if something urgent comes up too, but daily life is where it earns its keep.

Is this only for aging parents?

No — couples use WeKnow just as much, to share the mental load of running a household instead of it living in one person's head.

What happens after the first 3 years?

Your family renews at the price you originally paid, locked in even if the price for new members has gone up since. And if you don't renew right away, nothing disappears — you keep viewing everything already there for as long as you want, and pick up right where you left off, editing included, whenever you rejoin.
