What we store
The answers you type (locations, names, contacts), and — if you choose to add it — an email address used only to send you sign-in links. That's the design: WeKnow never asks for documents, account numbers, passwords, or health records, and includes checks to keep them out.
What we don't do
No advertising trackers, no selling or sharing of your information with third parties for marketing, no profiling. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own pages — card details never touch WeKnow.
Who can see your household
Only someone with your share link (view-only) or someone using your signed-in device. WeKnow staff do not browse household content except when required to operate or secure the service.
Where it lives
Your answers are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest.
Removing your data
Clearing your answers in the app removes them from your household. To have a household deleted entirely, contact us through the app store listing and we'll remove it.
